Target Markets: Midwest, Southwest and Southeast United States

Deal Size: Greater than 150 units. We will consider smaller properties where we have an existing local presence.

Asset/Class: Garden or mid/high-rise. Minimum C+ or better location/submarket. We are attracted to both value added (physical/management) and stabilized opportunities.
