Essex Realty Group Brokers the Sale of the Old Lincoln Log Factory on The 606

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Tuesday June 13, 2017 – Essex Realty Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 1750 N. Lawndale Ave.

1750 N. Lawndale Avenue is a vacant red brick heavy timber loft building that was the home of Playskool Manufacturing Company’s Lincoln Logs from the 1940’s through the 1960’s. The loft building spans three floors, each approx. 15,278 SF with 11’ ceilings. The attached warehouse features an additional approx. 23,380 SF of space, with ceiling heights of 16’.
